Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States. Here's what you need to know for each region:

Contiguous US (48 States)

Free standard shipping on all mattress orders. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping to AK and HI is available for an additional fee ($149 - $249 depending on location). Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please contact our support team for a quote before ordering.

Delivery Process

When you order a Lazy Beds mattress, here's what to expect:

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our mattresses are handcrafted in Seattle, so please allow extra time during peak seasons.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
  • Delivery Day: Most mattresses are delivered in a box compressed to about 1/3 of its original size. Simply bring the box inside, unroll your mattress, and watch it expand to full size within 24-48 hours.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Our mattresses are shipped in recyclable cardboard boxes with minimal plastic. We've eliminated styrofoam and use only biodegradable materials whenever possible.

White Glove Delivery Service

For an additional $199, our White Glove service includes:

  • Delivery on your preferred date (within 5-14 days of purchase).
  • In-home setup β€” we'll bring the mattress to your bedroom of choice.
  • Unpacking and placement on your bed frame or foundation.
  • Removal of all packaging materials for recycling.
  • Removal of your old mattress (available for an additional $50).

White Glove service is currently available in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Austin, New York, Boston, and Washington DC metro areas. Contact us to check availability in your city.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by entering your order number below:

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).
  • All shipments require a physical street address and a signature upon delivery for security.
  • If you live in a building without a freight elevator, please let us know β€” additional fees may apply for stair carries.
  • During extreme weather conditions (winter storms, hurricanes), delivery may be delayed. We'll notify you if this occurs.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to Canada and select international markets β€” sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your mattress arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

  • Take photos of the damage before opening the box.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shipping@lazybeds.com.
  • We'll arrange a free replacement and pickup of the damaged item.

For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue isn't resolved within 5 business days, our team will step in to assist.
