All products displayed on our website are handcrafted organic mattresses made in Seattle, WA. We make every effort to display accurate colors, materials, and dimensions, but your monitor's display may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

When you place an order with Lazy Beds, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship your product and send a shipping confirmation.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We ship our organic mattresses to all 50 US states. Shipping times vary based on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
We offer a 100-night trial period for all our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your mattress within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping fees). The mattress must be in good condition with no stains, damage, or excessive wear. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
All Lazy Beds mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects including sagging beyond 1.5 inches, broken zippers, and loose stitching. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, burns, or damage from improper use. For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
